Putting Nutrition First
With menus created by a qualified nutritionist and all meals freshly prepared onsite, your child can expect plenty of tasty breakfasts, snacks, lunches and dinners.
We also cater for special dietary needs, so please do speak to us about how we can adapt for your child.
Example Menu
We expect menus to rotate over a 3 week period. To help plan your child’s meals at home, copies can be obtained from the Nursery team.
To be assured of quality, food produce adheres to Red Tractor food standards where possible, and menus are crafted by a qualified nutritionist.
The Pre-School children also bake cakes, decorate biscuits and make soup from vegetables they have grown.
Encouraging Independence
As children develop, meal times are designed to be social occasions and encourage independence.
Children all sit down together and with support, they are encouraged to pour their own water and serve up their own food.
